Objective: Develop a distinctive branding package that reflects the horror exhibits unique atmosphere, increasing awareness, build anticipation, and create a memorable experience across all promotional touchpoints.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum was always my favor place to visit as a kid. They’ve displayed loads of famous people in there many locations found all over the globe. However, I never seen a show featuring some of the most Iconic Horror pop culture characters and films I love. I’m a Horror fan for sure, so this branding package project was a true passion for me. At the time IT 2 was out and I jumped on the opportunity to make a promo package for a Horror themed show. The guidelines were simple yet challenging where I had to create a compelling design that could be used to create three assets for this package design. A poster, a flyer, and a digital display sign was the assets chosen.

There’s a magic in creating different assets from a single design in order to display a cohesive flow while also giving each asset its own voice and purpose. Using Adobe Photoshop, I was able to blend an eerie background, my center image of Pennywise from the horror movie IT, and manipulate the lighting to pull the focus into the featured character. This creates a focal point for the viewer and properly displays what’s instore for those who DARE TO ENTER!

Now the only thing left was to create a mockup of the poster and bring it into the real world.
